THREE DIMENSIONS OF GOD

Three Dimensions

Dave Griffiths Rev. David P. Griffiths …

We in the Sons of God Network are three Dimensional – Fully Trinitarian – yet oneness too!!!

The scriptures clearly show three dimensions of God examined here.

1) God in Heaven, Jesus at His Right Hand and we seated with him – JESUS being the head – we as SONS OF GOD HIS BODY bearing HIS NAME. How can a head and a body have a different name? How can the fullness of him bear another name?

Ephesians 1: 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

2: 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

2) The Presence of God – Jesus all around us in the midst

Matthew 18:19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Psalm 16: 11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Psalm 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

Psalm 140:13 Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name: the upright shall dwell in thy presence.

Psalm 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?

II Chron. 5:13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the LORD, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD;

14 So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.

3) Trinitarian – yet ONE IN HIM bearing HIS NAME made IN HIS IMAGE! Sons of God – JOINT (meaning equal) HEIRS with Christ.

Gen. 1: 26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

The Sons of God message is summed up in I John 3. This clearly shows that those who abide in HIM SINNETH NOT!

We are members of his body, flesh and bones; Eph. 5. We are married to him thus losing our name and gaining his! Jer. 3:14.

We do not deny the Trinity but do declare that the Trinity = one God. I John 5:7. Jesus declared that He and the Father were one! John 10:30 Jesus prayed that we be one and He and His Father are one! John 17:21 As one in the Father and Son we behold his glory as SONS OF GOD. We as the BODY OF CHRIST are PARTAKERS OF THE DIVINE NATURE NOW APPEARING AS HIM ON THIS EARTH – BEARING HIS NAME – NOT OURS; II Peter 1:4; I John 4:17; Gal. 2:20.

I John 3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

5 And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin.

6 Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.

30 For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones.

31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church.

Jer. 3:14 Turn, O backsliding children, saith the LORD; for I am married unto you: and I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring you to Zion:

I John 5: 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

John 10: 30 I and my Father are one.

John 17: 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:

23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

II Peter 1: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

I John 4: 17 Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.

Gal. 2: 20 I am crucified with Christ: neverthless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
